What happens when someone dies

4 June 2019 – New Forest Mencap Parent/Carer forum are pleased to announce that Naomi Pearson from Speaking Space will be attending to talk to us about a programme she has written for adults with learning disabilities which talks about death and dying.  New Forest Mencap delivered such a session last year and learned that, although it is a difficult subject, those who attended felt they benefitted as they gained the words and space they needed to talk about death, dying and their emotions and to receive support.
